AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND AMERICAN ACADEMIC AND HIGH SCHOOL INSTITUTE (AAHSI)

Use of the American Academic and High School Institute, Inc. (AAHSI) web site and distance learning services is based on all terms, conditions and notices presented in the agreement.

American Academic and High School Institute (AAHSI) is operated as part of Global Money Union, Inc.

USER DETAILS

Users must declare that the person enrolling is a real, living person and that all the information and details provided by the user are true.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

User must be over 18 years old. If user is a person under the age of 18, the user must obtain the written signature of a parent or legal guardian in order to enroll. This document must be scanned and sent in during the time of enrollment. Afterwards the original document must be mailed to the AAHSI postal address.

ENROLLMENT DATES

Students may apply to AAHSI at any time throughout the year.

DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATE

AAHSI offers certificate program classes. Users receive a diploma or certificate that proves they have successfully finished IT training or a certain proficiency level through our language school. AAHSI issues certificate courses diplomas/certificates. AAHSI's diploma is not a "degree", as degree status requires 2 to 4 years of education in specialized institutions such as an accredited college or university.

COSTS

Costs can be changed without notice at any time by AAHSI.

FINAL EXAM POLICY

Final exams are not necessary and do not exist at AAHSI. A high level of competed course work (over 90%) is required for a certificate. Our instructors follow the students throughout the entire course of their studies during which the student must show real learning and deep understanding.

USER INACTIVITY OR NOT USAGE OF SERVICE

AAHSI is not responsible for user inactivity. AAHSI reserves video lessons and instructors for all users after successful payment. If user is inactive for any reason AAHSI WILL NOT refund any monthly payment(s). THE USER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING ACTIVE AND USING AAHSI EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. IF A USER DOES NOT USE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, USERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

LONGER THAN DEFAULT EDUCATION TIME USAGE POLICY

If a user requires more time to for to finish a course, the user can go into 'month to month' mode after the normal end date of the course . Users can pay for additional months if they are not satisfied with their own level of competence.

TRAINING MATERIALS

AAHSI will provide all training material to you included in cost of education.

AAHSI does not provide any software users may to complete IT training tasks or language courses. Users are responsible for obtaining all required software.

MATERIALS USED DURING DISTANCE LEARNING LIMITATION ON USAGE

Materials used at AAHSI distance learning have limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the AAHSI web site, you warrant to AAHSI that you will not use the AAHSI web site or educational service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the AAHSI web site or educational services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair the AAHSI web site or distance learning services.

If any unlawful or prohibited use by a user is discovered, AAHSI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the user's access to the AAHSI web site or educational services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Users agree that the AAHSI reserves the right to terminate any services, nullify or void any documents provided to user or transaction with user at any time for any reason, with or without notice should you violate these terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/KNOW YOUR RISKS

We have many different security techniques to protect data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. You as a user agree that '100% security' does not exist on the Internet. AAHSI has no responsibility to users or third parties for any data loss, damages, omissions, interruptions, mistakes, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, viruses in the server or any failure of AAHSI computer equipment and bears no responsibility for any expenses that may result in such cases.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

AAHSI reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the AAHSI services offered at any time. The latest version of this agreement is published at web location http://www.aahsi.org/terms.php.

LAW WHICH IS APPLICABLE

This agreement shall be interpreted and applicable by the law and judgment of the State of Delaware, USA.

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

USER CONFIRMS THAT HE/SHE HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO ALL TERMS CONDITIONS. USERS FURTHER AGREE THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THROUGH ELECTRONIC MEANS, NO WRITTEN SIGNATURE SHALL BE REQUIRED BY EITHER PARTY.
